Solar Universe Went Out of Business: What do I do?

Solar Universe of San Diego, the San Diego based solar company that was doing business throughout the Southern California region between 2012-2016, recently went out of business.  Like many solar companies in the market, they rode the wave of solar growth between 2012-2016, but could not handle the slowdown in 2016.  They are apparently non-responsive to phone calls, and their website no longer works. They may be under a new name, Repower, but it is unclear.  As a result, many of their customers have been abandoned, and have nowhere to turn for their solar needs.
