In 2020, Stellar Solar connected with NBA Hall of Fame Center, ESPN broadcaster, best-selling author and San Diego native and resident Bill Walton through a mutual introduction. It was during that encounter that Walton shared his passion for solar and electric vehicles, having been an early adopter of both.
That first meeting ended up being a fortuitous encounter ripe with possibilities and an agreement was quickly reached for Walton to become the solar evangelist for Stellar Solar.
