Brian has served in various C-Level capacities and driven top line revenue growth, EBITDA, and liquidity improvements for firms in the energy, building products, and consumer goods industries. Â
As Founder and CEO, Brian commercialized a leading brand of home game-room products through development of a national network of specialty retailers as well as Costco/Costco.com. Prior to his entrepreneurial endeavor, Mr. Hobbs was President of Caldera Spas & Baths, an international manufacturer of hot tubs/spas and bathtubs, where he led the turnaround, expansion, and eventual sale of the company to MASCO.Â
Early in Brian’s career he was a key member of the Verizon Communications strategic planning and M&A team where he sourced and negotiated significant merger and acquisition transactions. He began his career as a CPA with Arthur Andersen & Co. in Philadelphia and earned his undergraduate degree from Drexel University, where he was a recipient of The Royal H. Gibson Scholarship Award. Brian received his MBA from The Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania. Â
Brian  enjoys spending time with his family in Fallbrook, CA.  He is an avid motorsports fan and occasionally gets out on his vintage YZ 250 at the local motocross track.
