David Boylan, VP of Marketing


David has been building the Stellar Solar brand and generating leads for 10 years as our VP of Marketing. His ability to create and execute on a mix of digital and traditional mediums that deliver results has enabled the consistent growth of Stellar Solar over those 10 years. His branding efforts have enabled Stellar to be consistently voted San Diego’s Best Solar in the Union Tribune Readers Poll and attract the iconic NBA legend and solar advocate Bill Walton as our solar evangelist. His solar marketing skills were also recognized with a speaking engagement at the annual Solar Power International conference. Prior to Stellar Solar David honed his solar marketing skills at solar companies across the country. He began his career with Masco Corporation, a Fortune 200 building products conglomerate. 

Outside of Stellar Solar, David is the host of Lick the Plate, a culinary, culture and music feature that airs in several markets and also writes a column by the same name in The Coast News. He knows his way around a kitchen, and enjoys surfing, fishing, gardening, boating and enjoying the company of his six siblings and son Quinn.
